Changes:
- Beguiled Apollyon now has a base damage limit of 10%
- This damage limit will automatically increase during the duration of the event

Changes:
- Fixed an issue that greatly increased the spawn rate of Beguiled Apollyon for some players

- Increased the amount of Beguiled Apollyon instances in the event area, addressing "Raid not found" issues

- Increased the stats and effect of the Eastern Regalia
- Increased the Attack and reduced the Resistance penalty of the Aaru and Arisen Aaru Headwraps
- The Arisen Dynasty gear for thief classes now gives access to the stance "Curse of Sekhmet"
- "Curse of Sekhmet" functions similarly to Bloodshift, but includes damage over time instead of stat bonuses

- Removed the randomness of Herbalist daily rolls. Recipes will now always show when the Herbalist is the required level for a recipe's tier
- Fishing will now result in fish more often than items or battles
- Fixed an issue that prevented the Eastern Regalia's effect to scale with quality
- Support for the new Starter Pack, rolling out to new players over the next few weeks

- The "Sands of Aaru" skill will now use either your magic or attack stat, depending on which is greater
- The Sphinx Kit monster now has "Delay Strike III", opposed to "Delay Strike"

- Quest and Event monsters can no longer be encountered when completing Guild Trials (these monsters are still obtainable via Monster Aspect charging)
